學校評估

Undergraduate level. The strong basic class adopts dynamic management and conducts phased assessments at the end of each academic year. Students can choose to exit according to their own situation and return to the ordinary class to study. If one of the following situations is the following, a strong basic class will be adjusted: those who voluntarily apply to withdraw from the "strong basic class"; those who rank in the comprehensive ranking of 5% (inclusive) for two consecutive semesters; those who meet the requirements for reduction/retention of school academic qualifications management. At the beginning of the third academic year, students can choose their research directions and carry out pre-research research on graduation design; students who have obtained graduate qualifications at the end of the third academic year shall determine their research directions and supervisors, and participate in major scientific research projects. In the fourth academic year, students can take graduate courses in their chosen research direction in advance, and their credits are recognized at the graduate level.
Master and Doctoral Stage. The project starts at the end of the first academic year. If the project cannot be completed on time, it can be appropriately postponed, and the maximum period is six months. Those who complete the master's degree course study and pass the program will enter the doctoral stage study, and those who fail to pass will be converted to master's degree training. The mid-term assessment will be organized at the end of the second academic year, and a comprehensive assessment will be conducted on moral cultivation, curriculum study, innovative research, physical and mental health, etc. Those who pass the interim assessment will continue to complete their doctoral studies; those who fail, if the master's degree requirements are met, they will be awarded a master's degree for graduation. If the master's degree is not met, they will be treated as a master's degree.
(II) Program for training on undergraduate, master and doctoral connection
Course connection: Starting from the fourth academic year, the tutor will guide students to design their undergraduate, master and doctoral integrated course study programs, and they can take graduate courses in advance, and their credits will be recognized at the graduate school stage.
Project connection: During the undergraduate period, relevant subjects and interdisciplinary case projects are released from time to time, students are encouraged to apply freely, and students are gradually cultivated to learn independently and scientific research innovation abilities. Starting from the third academic year, outstanding students will be selected every semester to participate in major scientific research projects led by the tutor group and carry out scientific research work. Obtaining graduate qualifications means determining a graduate supervisor, completing the undergraduate graduation design under the guidance of the supervisor, and preliminarily determining the graduate project.
Bachelor's degree and master's degree connection: Students who meet the graduation credit requirements in the undergraduate stage can study in the postgraduate stage through the "School Record Transfer".
(III) Incentive mechanism
Implement the credit system and personalized training. Aiming at the national major strategic needs, leading talent training goals, implement a credit system and interest-oriented approach, academic tutors design personalized training plans based on students' characteristics and interests and hobbies to encourage students to complete the course in advance. The credit composition meets the graduation requirements, and is allowed to graduate early and pursue a master's and doctoral degree in advance.
Open separate classes and teach small classes. Build a new curriculum system consisting of general courses, professional courses and special courses. Gather the national-level teaching teams to innovate and build a four-in-one education and teaching model of "teaching, learning, management and creation". A high-level teacher team led by a national/military famous teacher is taught, and talents who love students, have a wide range of knowledge and strong management ability serve as the class teacher.
Academic tutors provide full guidance. The courses for the strong basic courses are taught by senior professionals and national/military teachers. Each student is equipped with a tutor group composed of doctoral supervisors, young backbone and management experts to communicate and solve their difficulties in their course study, scientific research, life and other aspects in a timely manner.
Open school and jointly educate people. Internationally renowned scholars and teachers are invited to the school to teach and discuss, and participate in student teaching and guidance. It is sent to first-class universities at home and abroad in batches through joint training, summer schools, short-term learning, international academic activities, etc. for study and exchange.
Cooperation in science and education, collaborative innovation. Establish a mechanism for outstanding students to participate in major scientific research projects, and allow students to deeply participate in projects of relevant research groups. Starting from the third academic year, outstanding students will be selected every semester to participate in major scientific research projects led by the tutor group, accept scientific research practice in advance, and realize the organic combination of cutting-edge projects, first-class tutors and outstanding students.
Establish special scholarships. Reward students with excellent academic performance and practical abilities in related majors.
(IV) Guarantee mechanism
Organizational guarantee. A special working leadership group for the Strengthening Foundation Plan was established, with the principal as the head and the deputy head being the vice principal as the vice president. The special work leading group for the Strengthening Foundation Plan is responsible for the deliberation and decision-making, organizational leadership, overall coordination and other work on major matters of the Strengthening Foundation Plan.
Establish an expert committee for strengthening foundation plan. First-class scholars at home and abroad are invited to serve as members, responsible for the formulation of talent training plans for the strengthening foundation plan for mathematics and applied mathematics and physics majors, construction of training mechanisms, process assessment and evaluation.
Funding guarantee. Establish special funds to ensure the implementation of the construction and implementation of the strong foundation plan. It is mainly used for faculty team building, curriculum system building, practical platform building, student cooperation and exchanges, etc.
Policy guarantee. Starting from the third year of undergraduate, selecting master's degree students or "master-doctoral and doctoral connection" graduate training targets. A special scholarship is established to reward students with excellent academic performance and practical ability. Relying on projects such as the National Scholarship Fund Committee, some outstanding students will be sent abroad for joint training, and the full funding of some students will go to world-class universities to study degrees.
